I am a soccer mom! Oh, it takes a lot for me to admit this. Growing up I lived on a small farm, so the kids who thought hard work was kicking a ball around, we kind of laughed at…… Well, karma. I honestly thought I was going to be the heavy metal rock band mom. I’m not sure why I had that picture in my head. It may have been because instead of classic music, on the belly I played Nirvana. So back to, I am a soccer mom. My son started soccer at the age of 3, since then I have learned what is a must have to have on the field. Here is my Soccer Mom Survival Kit.
Small Sports Bag

A small handy little sports bag. This bag for me is just for soccer. I check it the night before practice or a game and make sure I’m fully stocked with everything I need including Essential Oil Soccer Mom Survival Kit

Water or Sports Drinks
I go with BodyArmor Super Drink. It has taken me forever to find a sports drink with an ingredient list that I liked, so this is a good one.

2.5x the electrolytes of the leading sports drink.
100% vitamins A, C, E and 200% Vitamin B 10% coconut water.
Natural flavors and colors, gluten-free, certified kosher, no preservatives.

Half-Time Snacks
Not just for half-time, there are so many times we are running from activity to activity on Saturdays. So good healthy snacks to throw at your kids in the back seat of your car. These are a fan fave for the kids.
Barnana Organic Chewy Banana Bites

USDA Certified Organic; Non-GMO Verified; Heart Healthy; Gluten Free
Good source of potassium and fiber
Zero added sugar, preservatives or cholesterol

Ziplock Bags
I bring a couple of these for the “never knows”. They are handy for little garbage bags, if a snack bag rips, you just never know!

First Aid Kit
Most coaches carry a first aid kit, but I like to have my own.

In the Pacific North West, the sun will be out than ten minutes later it is raining! I go for waterproof!

What do you have in your survival kit, comment below! If there is something I need to add to my kit I would love to know!!!!!
